He co-founded Automotive world’s largest CRM program in Tata Motors. This was a dealer cloud before cloud word was invented, bringing all dealerships under one umbrella for ALL customer transactions. This real time data powered analytics, call center, and marketing. Its deployed to 50000+ users in 5000+ outlets. This helped Tata Motors reach top of CSI in CV and be consistently in top 3 in PV businesses.
He became CIO of Tata Motors in 2009 and transformed the IT function by blueprinting a Business Strategy aligned IT strategy leading to transformation programs in HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and global subsidiaries.
