She has delivered around 100+ software projects in multiple domains internationally. She has been instrumental in expanding the STEP’s footprint in various industry verticals and geographies. She brings value in projects with her agility.

Swati has led many innovative ‘firsts’ in various domains, especially bringing technological evolution in the Robotics Service Spectrum, along with product development and consulting.

She has held leadership positions at Capgemini, Quality Kiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd., TATA Interactive, and EnerNOC. She has deep expertise in global delivery operations, Agile, Software engineering, Robotics Process Automation, DevOps, digital transformation, testing, delivery management, leadership development, etc.

Swati is an Entrepreneur by heart, a thought leader in the RPA space working at the intersection of domain, IT & business strategy to create digital & business assurance solutions to help customers achieve their digital transformation goals.

A technology-savvy, digital enthusiast and the liaison between the business units, and technology teams. Working on playing a key role in innovation projects, design, and roll-out of any new digital project or enhancements.

Amit is also responsible for designing and delivering the customer/user experience program through digital projects in order to create a differentiation in the minds of all relevant stakeholders. With the experience of working in a customer-facing project coordination cum Business Analyst role in complex digital projects.

Jagdish Belwal is a Business Leader, turned CIO, turned Digital Transformation Advisor, Disruptive Growth coach, Angel Investor & Advisor CIO.

He co-founded Automotive’s world’s largest CRM program in Tata Motors. This was a dealer cloud before Cloud Word was invented, bringing all dealerships under one umbrella for ALL customer transactions. This real-time data powered analytics, call center, and marketing. It’s deployed to 50000+ users in 5000+ outlets. This helped Tata Motors reach the top of CSI in CV and be consistently in the top 3 in PV businesses.

He became CIO of Tata Motors in 2009 and transformed the IT function by blueprinting a Business Strategy aligned IT strategy leading to transformation programs in HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Service, and global subsidiaries. Alongside, He set up a sustainable IT operations model building a strong team and setting up 90+ enterprise IT processes. He also led a global IT outsourcing program for Tata Motors and JLR; in 2013.

He pioneered the adoption of cloud, mobility, collaboration, and advanced analytics incorporating these into the future roadmap for digital transformation.
