We are seeking an experienced and motivated RPA Project Manager to lead and oversee our Robotic Process Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing RPA projects on time and within budget while ensuring that project goals and objectives are met. The RPA Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to implement RPA solutions that improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Project Execution: Manage all phases of RPA projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, issues, and changes.
- Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other project team members.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure RPA solutions meet business requirements and performance expectations.
- Change Management: Work with business units to facilitate the adoption of RPA solutions and manage the change process effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation related to RPA implementations.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external RPA vendors or consultants if necessary and manage vendor relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through RPA and automation technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management) is preferred.
- Proven experience (2 to 5 years) as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on RPA or automation projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Software Testing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and optimization.
- Leadership skills to lead project teams and drive project success.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position.
- Travel may be required occasionally, depending on project or client locations.
- The RPA Project Manager will report to COO.
